Also, let's not over look Michelle's suggestion to buy quality on an ugly dip to recapture lost equity. This always works when all else fails. October was beautiful. CSCO fell to 41, with a pe of about 28, and tripled in 5 months. Msft did about 2.3x. We aren't anywhere as low as October now. I just wanted to reiterate her post.
