Robert, Remember, it was NATO that caused the refugees. Maby you don't believe me but Liberal Colummnist Robert Scheer said so in this mornings column. Maby you don't believe me, but Henry Kissinger said the same thing. The Rambouillett accords forced Milosevic to act. It said that we are going to bomb unless you allow NATO troops througout the ENTIRE nation of Yugoslavia. It said we are going to bomb unless you allow Kosovo complete independence and remove all police and military from the Serbian Province. Then Milosevic said "If you bomb me, I WILL ethnically cleanse Kosovo!" Then NATO in its supreme arrogance started bombing thinking that they could stop any attempt to cleanse Kosovo. They miscalculated and Milosevic smashed the KLA and cleansed Kosovo right under the bombs of NATO aircraft. That is the history. I think the blame for the refugees sits squarely on the shoulders of NATO commanders. -John
