Actually, we can be fairly certain there "is" a company...the LA Times editor corrected her story that the doors are open and talked to Tom. Also the website was somewhat rennovated...why would anyone bother if there were nothing? Why would Tom mass e-mail stockholders if there were nothing? There still is really an ongoing lawsuit against the Jacksons involving a viable plaintiff named TMMI...there really is no Black Ops conspiracy to create a mythical firm...the glass is neither half full nor half empty...it is 99% full with a small "leak" in it... soon to be plugged.
