Can't you see the fundamental difference between the two cases? HITT stock didn't plunge until the Bloomberg articles about Reed came out. No one on this board had anything to do with any of them; we weren't interviewed, we didn't contribute background. Why is HITT suing us, but apparently not Bloomberg? In my view, Boris, it's all smoke and mirrors. And it rather looks as if Mr Market understands that.
