All,

I broke down and contacted the company this morning (actually a few minutes ago). I spoke with MSU's operation's officer, Steve Wilkinson.

He obviously couldn't go into detail about current negotiations with various potential customers, except to say that they have been quite busy of late and that the next two weeks are considered critical.

We discussed the matters of concern I have voiced out here regarding lack of news or managing shareholder expectations. I explicitly told him that I am not suggesting that MSU manipulate the stock in their favor, but rather take a more proactive posture towards managing shareholders expectations, as well as providing the necessary information upon which to educate ourselves on the technology and company status.

We discussed the website and he stated that they have hired a firm to revise and update it, while acknowledging that much of the current information may be out of date.

Mr. Wilkinson seemed to acknowledge the past issues of not properly addressing shareholder concerns and has been reviewing that situation during the several months he has been onboard. It was evident to me that they have been quite busy and many personnel are being hired to manage future growth.

We discussed manufacturing, and he stated that manufacturing is indeed underway, but declined to discuss current production rates. He did state that it is normal that they would create inventory in "batch" production runs in order to meet the appropriate configuration requirements of the customer (ISP info, home page settings... etc).

They are also currently in the process of signing a new PR/IR firm (thank god!), and have sent them the requisite information with which to properly inform themselves about the company before officially becoming the POC for the public.

Now I want to make it clear that I, out of deliberate intention, have sought not to get involved in direct communications with the company, preferring to voice my concerns with individuals who I sense do have communications with management. I do not plan on making a habit of incessantly calling them on the behalf of myself or other shareholders.

So I did it this one time and felt that I should share my findings with others. I hope that other shareholders will do the same for me.

All of the above are my opinions and comments based on my observations and understandings. No one should base their investment decisions solely upon those comments.

I have NO INTENTION of becoming the shareholders liaison with management. I just want to make that clear. I made the call to calm my own fears, and most of all, those of the Mrs and am sharing my findings on an "as is" basis.... :0)

Regards,

Ron
