This looks very promising to me.

There are still things to be done before any revenue is seen from the Shanhaiguan brewery:
(a) approval process with the relevant Chinese authorities, and
(b) NMO nominees accepted on the brewery board of directors, and
(c) successful preliminary audit, and
(d) successful complete financial and technical audits.

NMO notes this could take months, but it still looks like a step forward IMHO.

NMO's share has been reduced from the original 60% to 42% of the Shanhaiguan Brewery (with an option to regain the full 60%), but this is better than no ownership at all.
