I just started thinking the same thing a few minutes ago. Global and Qwest want the same thing, to win, to supply the whole package and a golden ribbon to every voice and data customer possible, maybe they ought to work toward it together. Hmm, cable running from one side of the country to the other and undersea, plus USW for US service, plus a couple of competitive CEO's ...could be worse combinations. I say call it Global Qwest.
