"obviously we're long due on shareholders meetings,proxies,reports,etc., but it's obvious why those have been delayed." Obvious? Delays of five years? How so? As I understand it, corporations are required to hold shareholder meetings in order to maintain their active status. Do you know something about corporate laws that I don't? Please elucidate. Arnie
