Oversimplifying, BRKS sells robots (that are part of process tools and handle wafers) to equipment makers. Among its best customers are LRCX and NVLS. (BRKS sells other stuff too.)

Anything which causes its customers sales to increase will lead to increased business for BRKS. (I told you I'd make it overly simple)

So,yes, 300mm is good for BRKS. So is Cu, 0.18µ and below, etc.
