Bye the way, at what price did the company do it's recently announced financing?....why hasn't the price been announced?<<

Morning Len,

Yes, the chart did look pretty ugly this morning didn't it. It is nice to see the support firming and the price rising now. If the stock did turn south again and hit $1.80, I probably would be in deep trouble. Not financially mind you, but rather with my wife! For you see, I would most likely sell many of our possessions to buy more. LOL.

I hope to see something on the financing offer soon, however the guy on Canada AM this morning didn't paint too great a picture for any firm in Canada who is attempting to raise money. He said something to the effect that it is extremely hard for good small companies to raise the money they are looking for in Canada. Boy this sounds familiar. I guess this is why many of the firms want to go to NASDAQ where they can find some support.

That said, I recall my first phone call to Ric Charron where he told me that they would not give away the company just to raise more money. He would rather close it off than discount the shares. Gutsy move I'd say, but I support it. Anyway, he also told me that they had a good whack of cash, and they could finance the essential things that they need to do with that money to enable them to move forward.

Hope this helps.
