It's actually better than average for initial startup of a web page casino. Of the $220,000 gross wagering amount reported, actual net profit probably amounted to $20,000. Starnet uses $500,000 as a baseline profit for each of their licensees if they astutely promote their sites during the initial year. Many web sites are unable to show profits during the first few months of operation and in fact many lose money due to promotional expenditures, etc.

P.S. The dog days of summer are actually July and August, not April and May as the months where revenues were likely based.
