I'm trying to install a printer under WinNT 4.0 WkST. The Add Printer Wizard tells me RPC Server is unavailable. I have RPC, RPC Locator, and Server services all started.

Can anyone help me to get this RPC Server thingie started so I can proceed with my printer installation? I must need some more files from NT install CD but I hesitate to load the CD before I know what I'm looking for.
