-- IPVoice.com(TM) is pleased to announce they have entered into an
agreement with Level 3 Communications to provide IPVoice.com the
facilities to co-locate their TrueConnect(TM) Gateways in sites
furnished by Level 3 Communications. This agreement enables IPVoice.com
to begin deployment of TrueConnect(TM) Gateways in 17 cities, including
Atlanta, Denver, Los Angeles, New York and San Francisco.
IPVoice.com's Flat25 Plan gives customers unlimited long distance
minutes for $25 per month. Customers will be able to make phone calls
over the Internet using a regular telephone but without having to own a
computer. Flat25 brings IPVoice.com into direct competition with such
long distance customers as AT&T (NYSE:ATT - news), MCI WorldCom
(NYSE:WCOM - news) and Sprint (NYSE:FON - news).
Level 3 Communications is the first company to build an international
network, consisting of both local and long distance networks, using
Internet Protocol (IP) technology end-to-end. This new IP technology
makes it possible to move information at a much lower cost while still
maintaining a high standard of quality. The IP technology provided by
Level 3 is a perfect fit with IPVoice.com, according to Anthony Welch,
