Wanted: BBY old-timer to explain to me how BBY has managed to do so extremely well in the savagely competitive consumer electronic retail environment. What is it exactly that distinguishes BBY from its competitors, many of whom have gone belly-up? Don't bother telling me that it has higher margins. Tell me how it sustains them.
