1) there is nothing official from the company that XSNI is what you describe it as -
only the OTCBB and you
2) Lehmans says it doesn't even belong to Manning/Xstream - Prove it - I did prove it
and they refused to say whether they handle XSNI or not. You see, Mike Langdon, in
America when a symbol is is on any trade board - a broker HAS to tell the inquirer
whether they handle an issue or not - THAT IS NOT CONFIDENTIAL - evidently
your contact in Lehmans is paranoid and now thinks the SEC is calling him trying to
trap him. Too bad huh?
3) You are not the only nor most informative weak link in the quiet zone. You have
proferred very little and the post was not directed at you - however it did prove you
guys over there are most interested in how high we can take the stock price of XSNI
so when those 30 million shares that Manning said were being held until a later date -
those were the other 30 million and they are to be released on June 30, 1999.
4) 5 million share blocks are already targeted, strategic timing. Lots of noise coming
out of the quiet zone, someone is popping the corks a little too soon.
5) assumptions are like assholes - that is what got this company off the floor -
assumptions and got alot of assholes in deeper than they want to be
6) Manning intentionally and willingly lied to me and encouraged rumours that were
false to be continued. I asked a question and he balked - he wouldn't give me the
answer and that to me got me started on my dig. Took a while, but it did not deter me
when I had to post negative news - funny it got you to me pretty quick, also some
others who are just as interested as yourself.
7) Well if you say one thing and Lehmans says another and neither is true - I guess
your insider at Lehmans told you to shut up too?
8) If Manning wanted to get this straight HE has to set it straight; he was thrilled people
wre buying his OTCBB ticker stocks when I called - just thrilled. Don't tell me the
listing was a mistake
9) Fox Hayes set up all the other corporations and you think another stab at it will
work, or are you going to dump your shares as soon as you can - how many of
formerly worthless stock shraeholders do you think will stagger their sells, think they'd
risk another venture on Manning, how good do you think his word is when you had to
approach Megacom to surprise them you knew about their other underhanded deals?
Do not chastise me for trying to protect my interests and those of my fellow investors. I
don't want them and didn't want us to end up in the same boat as you.
You need not worry; I have completed my spouting off; Manning has been spammed
at every office with my email which I am sure you read on this thread; as well as
several other offices. All I wanted was the truth, there are alot of people over here that
may lose alot, and his word hasn't been too good in the past now has it Mike.
I shall not provide any documentation to anyone unless there is a legal suit; I am not
instituting anything; conmen play these games all the time, losers all the time. I hope for
the people in Canada and America that are holding this XSNI stock that it is the IPO
they are dreaming about and that it is the WHOLE x-stream.com UK and not some
little subsidiary - but what do you think the chances of that are Mike?
You don't have to answer, I really don't care; I want to see some of these people get
recovery and at least break even - are you going to be buying XSNI or selling?
Go read www.clearstation.com posts at XSNI and see what I think about Manning
and his fox hayes feigning ignorance on which board to put XSNI on. That I was
confident from the beginning - they knew exactly what they are doing, and you know it
too Mike - the real question that perhaps you answer to Jeffrey here is:
Are you going to be buying XSNI stock or selling? Lots of those loudmouths over in
the quiet zone are leaning one way, which is it?
No need to respond any more I am done with this issue; I have to get the crud off me,
try to help out the Yanks over here and buy up some of this great holding XSNI -
show us your confidence and that would mean alot.
