No, it did not. They had an informal meeting in Camarillo that shareholders could attend but only limited info was given unless a nondisclosure agreement was signed. Joe Strattner, Larry Panik, Larry's brother, a friend of mine and I were the only outside shareholders who attended. I won't bore you with the details as that subject has been beaten to death but I will say that the meeting originally was to be held in Vancouver, BC. Due to shareholder objections, it was moved at the last minute to Camarillo. No formal public notices were sent to shareholders of record. Arnie
