Latin American Integrator Strikes Deal with
InnovaCom to Utilize TransPEG Products
SANTA CLARA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 15, 1999--InnovaCom Inc. (OTC BB: MPEG - news), a Silicon Valley
manufacturer of MPEG-2 video compression systems, Tuesday announced that Cricon International Business Inc., a network
systems integrator based in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla., has selected InnovaCom's TransPEG(TM) line of products to integrate into
high-speed system networks.
Cricon plans to imbed InnovaCom's products into various networks throughout Latin America to meet its clients' video
communications needs.
