Looks like shareholders are being a little reluctant. Business Wire - June 14, 1999 16:23 SAN DIEGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)--June 14, 1999--Imaging Technologies Corp. (Nasdaq:ITEC) today announced that it has extended the deadline for shareholders to vote on a proposed amendment to increase the authorized preferred stock from 10,000 shares to 100,000 shares until Friday, June 25. The proposal to approve an amendment to the company's certificate of incorporation did not have the required majority of outstanding shares of common stock at the time of the company's annual meeting on May 27. Shareholders approved extending the deadline to vote until Friday, June 11. At the meeting held on Friday, shareholders approved extending the deadline to June 25, when the shareholders meeting will again convene at 5:00 p.m. PST.
