I got my annual report and did look at the proxy report about issuing new shares. I interpret this as the right to issue new shares as a currency in takeovers which is the norm for high tech companies with inflated stock prices.

I liked the down to earth tone of the chairman's report.

Me, myself, I plan to forget I own PCNTF for the next three years and let it make me rich.
