With a downturn in the market, you must either "short" the market to get the returns that you were used to in the past(in a bull market), or wait for bounces to occur from new lows.

When the market turns one way or the other expectations have to be continually adjusted. MCF has shown little MOMO to warrant a good daytrade for a few days now....as many others have as well.....Its called a dry spell and you 'wait it out"....The good thing about a pullback is that some stocks get oversold so you can buy deals that may turn out to be longer than a 3 day hold, but will give you great returns in the shortterm!
