I'm puzzled: how exactly does Pete intend to charge for e-bill after the free trial period? Will the individual customer pay? The biller? The bank? I'm confused.

I thought the original idea was to charge the billers -- who in theory would be more than willing to pay 25 cents a bill (or so) because they now pay $1 to handle 'em by mail. That made sense to me.

Is Pete now planning to charge the customer $50/year? He seemed to say in the CC that most customers would never go back after trying it for free, but I'm not so sure.
