Hi all,

I put this on RB, but I want to share here as well. I spoke to the parent company of the prominent California investment banking firm Pro Capital. They confirmed that they are in active talks with SVSY regarding a financing deal, and that Pro Capital authored the press release last week. They refused to comment further, although I asked them about the structure of the deal and the timing.

Anyway, at least we know it's for real now. We'll see where (if anywhere) it goes.
