P. Buglak: USRX technology is being used at Pacific Bell. According to my source at Pac Bell, Pac Bell is migrating to USRX technologies. Also, Practical Peripherals is using X2 technology in their modems. USRX has first mover advantage and Rockwell's and Motorola's (et al) vaporware has been delayed. It is pathetic how the market punishes USRX over a minor delay and ROK actually goes up after it announces a delay. The market is just a game. The market makers, specialists, institutions, and analysts move what they want to move. What I think doesn't matter, what the market thinks is all that matters.
