Keith, Not all companies have to start filing by July. Their is a compliance timetable at: otcbb.com This page shows who has to be up to date on filing and by when. Only a small number of companies is due to be fully reporting by July. Bottom line is that I do not think the compliance issue has much to do with the overall market right now. RKarmi
