I've got to believe that the board felt, like many of us, that $17/sh was undervalued, and, perhaps, some unsolicited offers confirmed this. Even though I don't really have full faith and confidence in mgmt at this point,the next couple of weeks should be interesting for this stock. Good luck to everyone. cm
