Certainly not copper as Intel's roadmap shows copper showing up in .13 micron." It is not clear what Intel's responsibilities are in regards to the DEC settlement. Intel operates the former DEC fab and it's possible their fab obligations are limited to that fab and that process. If anyone knows more please post. EP
