Everyone should check out the CGY thread (Cagi International). Same scenario. False & misleading press releases and conference calls. Earnings had to be restated. Trading halted. Shareholders file a class action lawsuit. Company officials granted themselves numerous stock options for pennies and cashed in. Stock was halted at 6 7/8 one day after making it to AMEX.
