David, with all due respect, I find it extremely hard to believe that Everen told you NETR will be priced in the next few weeks. I have called the Everen syndicate desk at 312-574-6000 x 6503 yesterday they told me nothing, zilch, zippo, a big TBA on NETR. Maybe I spoke to the wrong guy? Please tell me some more about your conversation as if what you are saying is true, its the biggest piece of news that any of us has been able to get. kind regards, chuck
