As announced on June 11, Serengeti is proposing to acquire categore.com, a website portal that facilitates the search and retrieval of information from the Internet. This allows users to quickly view and select the best site, category or guide to their area of interest.

Subject to regulatory approval to the above acquisition, Serengeti plans to integrate WebReward™ with categore.com. WebReward™ will be an incentive program designed to channel Internet advertising expenditure directly to viewers. WebReward™ will pay its members for displaying a small information and advertising window on their computer screens (the categore Window).

The window will change periodically and contain details of selected products and services. Viewers will be paid according to the amount of time they choose to display the window. There will be no obligation to make any purchases, and the window may be hidden or disabled at any time.
