ON INTEREST RATES if inflation were a real threat, and the market truly anticipated higher interest rates ratcheting up all summer and autumn, then no such evidence in the Dow Jones Utility average DJUtility is an excellent harbinger of higher rates... it is peaking over the last few weeks... very inconsistent with a deteriorating bond market this 30yr TBond yield crapp is very temporary so I shot my mouth off about a month too early 6.13% is my season high... we will see insufficient evidence for Fed to tighten / jim
