Does anyone have any idea what is going on. The stock slowly rises above two dollars with individual investors buy 1000-5000 shares and then once it get in the teens to twenties, then huge blocks of 10,000 to 50,000 shares are sold. Then the whole process starts all over again, anyone have any ideas? I think that insiders could be dropping shares.
