Ha. dilution. It had occurred months ago. Those of us who have been in from the get go always knew that the fully diluted shares was not 15 million but closer to 28. I always knew that and I knew when most of the conversions took place down around 3 dollars. There was no dilution in the last few weeks. Just shorts praying on fearful longs that bought in late, and taking advantage of a negative environment in the internet sector to make a quick kill. Lowensteiner on IIonline was probably a friend of the shorts, much the way Alan Abelson is to the shorts in AMZN. They have written negative articles on AMZN for 1 1/2 years now and finally managed to crack the stock when the market as a whole turned. Lowensteiner did the same. Dilution? Nah. Didn't happen now. What did happen now was hot short term money buying in at 13, 14 15, and panicked out at 10, 9, 8, when IIonline article came out last week. Like I said before. The company is legit. The product is GREAT. The institutional interest is VERY high. The system is online in JULY.
And the real insiders, officers of the company, have not sold any stock, nor have they registered any. Fred Ritterieser does not even draw a salary, and has stated that he will not draw a salary until they are profitable. He owns 2.2 million shares. Thats all I need to know..........;^)
