I agree that this is a no brainer stock. With the dividend announcement the market is taking notice and rewarding the stock price accordingly. In the next two quarters this stock should in the teens if not $20.00. I belive there is going to be a surge in the Titanium market due to all the military hardware that need to be replenished and upgraded. Regards Yeshua
