Proginet Corporation announced that K2C Computer Systems has signed a distributor agreement to resell Proginet's software. This agreement with K2C Computer Systems, based in Seoul, Korea, expands Proginet's presence in the Asian market, which previously included Hong Kong and provides K2C the opportunity to enhance their portfolio with Proginet's Password Management and Enterprise/ Internet Information Movement products.

"K2C Computer Systems has a strong mainframe reputation in Asia, and the technical capacity to provide the full-service, 24 hour support our customers expect.
