xcr, Thanks for the comeback. Maybe Datek isn't the answer, after all. I know Fidelity and Schwab aren't either. Too expensive. I've left my IRA with Schwab, but don't do much biz there. Commissions are ridiculous! I might just explore a bit more with my current trading account (Trading Direct, a division of York Securities). I get pretty good service from them, all in all. The web site is a little slow (but, so is my ISP) so I can't blame it all on them. The grass isn't always greener on the other side <g>. Ken
