Ron-in response to your first question,I'm not sure if the MM's have to show the "lowest bid/ask",or if they are required to show the "best bid/ask" based on the average of share prices available(thru each MM).I've asked another friend of mine who's familiar with MM's.Hopefully he'll get back to me soon.Then again you and Fli may be correct as well.Will let you know what I hear re:that process.Go BETT!
