Obviously the opposite (upside) is true for any stock, but the companies just don't seem to mind this. <gg>
For as long as they "selectively choose", what offends and what is in defence of their shareholders, they don't, won't and will not get my support!!
They threaten "with shareholders money" people that don't agree with their process, their feeble explanations, their bullshit, their lies, their continual procrastinations, their self-pumping, their "low priced options when showing little to no management performance!!

Until they do, they won't get one ounce of sympathy from me...smear campaigns are the same thing as "pump campaigns thru multiple brokerages, they stop it...maybe SI members may stop it!!

But at that point where there is a seriously coordinated effort to (usually) trash a company through lies and or slander, that should be adressed and I think a company does has the right to defend itself for the benefit of their legit shareholders.

When the "system allows" CEO's who have multiple VSE brokerage accts, to blow shares back and forth to create the impression of demand, and when true demand is created, he blows his shares out and then removes the demand. Then he buys them back after the stock falls....sorry no sympathy from this guy.these guys play the wounded duck whenever things don't go there way,...whenever some low-life broker is willing to write up his stock "the favours follow" sorry no sympathy here....i warned you I had strong opinion about this!!<gg>
