Kinda nice to have all the records on that used car before you plunk down that hard earned cash. Agree?

There is a big difference between handing your money to someone to invest for you, and paying for advice (which you may then follow or not follow at your own will). The standards for the former are more stringent, and rightly so.

But beyond that... I personally don't object to the dissemination of relevant information about someone as long as it is factual, public, unbiased, and complete. One of the first things I did when I found the A@P thread was to request the NASD report, and then subsequently research the issues it raised, to my satisfaction.

I do object to attacks on A@P which are malicious and/or misrepresent his actions, as I feel many messages here have done.
