Bear is still hanging in there with little-to-no news A month ago, we got a little bump-up. Dropped below three for a while, but that was much better than the drop below 2 on February's bump-up. Now it's recovered above three again. Think this looks pretty good from a technical stand-point. Hopefully we are primed to test 4 again.
