My friend just told me that a friend of his, who is connected to cable, was informed by his cable system that due to the bottleneck of overload in his neighborhood, they will be restricting his internet speed to 128k/sec...which is far slower than DSL...I'm wondering if this becomes a trend with all cable companies, it could be great news for AOL and the DSL route!
