I have a question regarding one of my investments. I own stock in a company that just announced a $7Million PP today in exchange for 4,375,000 special warrants that will be issued at a price of US $1.60
Its current share price is 2.35 CDN = ~ 1.57 USD.

My question. Does the share price typically rise after such an announcement?
