Jim,
Thanks for civil post, although I think you have your values misplaced. I don't work for fcm, nor their competition, as someone has mentioned.
Fcm is a public company " not private ". Therefore it is their duty to report events to shareholders. That includes positive and negative events. You should be seeking from management, answers to questions that have been raised, not waste time explaining to me the risks involved in posing those questions.
Litigation and it's ramifications are a two way street and discovery sometimes becomes a powerful event in a circus atmosphere !! At times, changing the entire nature of what is taking place.
For STK1, I am also aware of business and non compete laws. I assume from your answer, that you may have seen this injunctive relief action, is that correct ?? It is interesting isn't it ???? Do you work for fcm ???
Needless to say once more, I have asked many times that my name be left out of posts. That has not happened, and I remain. It's almost comical, because it seems that when things are not going well posters just pull my name up and blame me. Regardless of whether I have posted here or not. As I said earlier, I do not work for fcm, I therefore have no affect on what happens to this company in their day to day business. Perhaps this company should not be public.
The cult like following of posters who chase anyone who even dares to pose a question is scary, it always has been and I don't see that ever changing. How's rb and + - doing ??????
Good luck and regards to you as well.
