The stock has lost almost half it's value on no news so insider trading may have driven it down. My guess is that stock holders paniced when the "normal" drop was greater than expected and sold to protect the gains they had made since buying at 10. I am betting that once the stock stabilizes, it will run back up into the 30's since the company is fundamentally strong and has three strong buys by the analysts. I have been wrong before, however and am operating with virtualy no data.
