"this is an accurate copy of the shareholder letter sent Feb.1/99" How do you know that it is accurate or even the actual shareholder letter? It may be but we still noticed that within the letter there was no mention of XSNI. How do we know that XSNI is not just a spin-off of Mr. Manning and his group to be used for specific purposes. The point is that we do have some info on X-Stream the ISP but no direct proof that the public company with symbols XSNI and the X-Stream ISP are one and the same. We have only excepted or assumed that they are the same based on certain conversations and BB posts. If they are the same it should not be this difficult to prove it.
