Just before the conference started they announced it was being recorded. black stated he was going to file form 10 on monday and the first quarter ernings would follow soon (implied within days) would not comment on the short position nor did he comment how the warrents would play into the short position. earnings still projected at .14. warrents being distributed as of today. there is however some kind of buyback clause which black would not expand on. Black said he wanted to move off the bb to a regional system and then to the nasd.
