I always thought dead cat bounces were related to dead cat stocks. Isn't a dead cat stock one that has fallen precipitously due to some very negative material occurrence and will languish until the companies problems have been rectified? I don't have any reason to believe that this is the case with Actv. The company is a much much better company now than when its stock was 25. The way to make money is to find stocks that an inefficient market has wrongly(temporarily) priced. I strongly believe this has happened here.
