J.Y. I think what is more important at this time is to note that very few stocks that are halted, ever trade again. So either the story is over, or it is just the beginning. Either way, there is nothing that can be said on this board at this time is going to influence the stock price one way or the other for at least the next few weeks.
But you know, once in a while, the SEC is proven wrong, or made a mistake in halting an issue. Case in point, shopping.com. (IBUY) Once the story was know, it was the Fiero's (know shortsellers) who complained to Ex-Sen. Al DeMato, who in turn complained to the SEC on behalf of a constituent. The stock was halted. Then it started trading again and was subsequently bought out by Compaq for $230 million cash. It was a BB until bought out.
NCT will also be an exception. Probably the largest ever. But only time will tell. Come back in a few weeks and see. The SEC can stop a company from trading, but it can't stop it from growing. And this one is growing like a wildfire.
By the way, if the Company is ready to throw in the towel, somebody forgot to tell their webmaster. They just launched their recently acquired subsidiary, Satellite Access Systems, new web site today. And it has a lot more product sizzle then the old one.
