sjmercury.com Good for QWST? Bad for CMTO? ....appears to contradict the ruling last week or I am reading it wrong... I was going to sell RIG on a pop tomorrow but it looks as tho osx wants to go higher. Lots of breakouts this week to new 1999 highs and crude moving up overnight on api #4. Any feedback Steve?
