Seriuosly, Len almost asked the right question - which is ,is there ANY chance this purchase agreement was done at a floorless price - ie for a fixed monetary amount, to be paid in with shares BUT WHERE THERE IS NO FIXED RATIO OF SHARES. This needs asking , nay, this information needs to be demanded of Ric.....can you oblige...as if the answer is <yes> to a floorless price, we are sunk my good man. TIA. Don
