Bill Wexler seems to be pretty good at focusing on frauds. He's much more bold (or stupid?) than I would be, as he frequently calls companies frauds, which is something I wouldn't dare do, for fear of lawsuits.

Sometimes companies pop up which seem pretty suspicious, but they never crash and burn. I remember someone on this thread questioned some things about BVF a year ago, but it's still at a high level. I think the problem was that they were selling stock overseas, in Bermuda, and also had several transactions with related companies.

As far as overvaluations, the Internuts have taught us that value doesn't matter any more. Even in other industries, some brokers focus on EBIDTA, instead of real earnings. LAMR and ADLAC are two examples there.

Good luck.
